things i've built — mostly plumbing, honestly
a fast file viewer for windows. double-click a markdown or csv file and it opens rendered like a web page — browser-grade rendering, raw source one keypress away, live editing with the preview following your typing. installs per-user in one line, no admin rights. 16 releases in, public on github.
a dock for your self-hosted services. point it at your docker servers or proxmox host and it builds the dashboard itself: every published container endpoint becomes a tile with the right icon and a health-status dot — green reachable, amber not answering, gray stopped. v0.2.0 adds live per-container usage popups, a setup that no longer needs the permission puzzle, and drag-and-drop layout that persists. one-liner systemd install or docker compose. public on github.
a rule-based default-browser router for windows. every link you click — email, slack, pdf — gets routed to the right browser or profile by your own rules, with a local web portal to manage them. rust core, embedded next.js dashboard, token-gated localhost api. working mvp, public on github.
this site. hand-built, terminal-styled, deployed on workers static assets with a 5-second global deploy. the konami code makes a sandwich.
a fully automated publishing pipeline: signals scraped from HN/Reddit/X weekly, ranked and filtered, drafted in a calibrated writing style, gated through human review, published via platform APIs, archived with state tracking. runs on schedule with zero manual steps after approval.
a modest rack of self-hosted infrastructure: vm orchestration, containerized services, and local LLM inference for anything that shouldn't touch a cloud API. everything private stays private.
